Serves as Human Resources Market Director will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

Interfaces with the parent healthsystem Lifepoint Health to ensure facility processes and strategies align.
Provides leadership and direction to ensure compliance with established objectives, quality outcomes and cost effective health care services.
Mentors staff along with providing direction to the HR leader over Shoals Medical Center

Responsible for the supervision of human resources staff at multiple facilities.
