Overview

The True Swing Golf Academy at Caguas Golf Club in Caguas, Puerto Rico is looking for a teaching professional to move to paradise and launch a new facility in the Fall of 2026. 

The instructor will manage the overal teaching operation with a team of 3-5 coaches and assistants, within an established curriculum and philosophy made popular over the last decade by True Swing founder, Erika Larkin, PGA (Golf Digest Top 50 Teacher since 2022).

This role is designed for a professional who is passionate about coaching golf, values community, creativity, organization, and growth. The candidate must have extensive experience running a variety of player development programs. This candidate will be helping to establish the instructional culture at the facility and within the central Puerto Rico community as one of the few public-access facilities!
