**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Establish and enforce engineering standards, specifications, governance processes, and technical decision-making frameworks across CCC and CCA, serving as the technical authority for engineering integrity and key engineering decisions.
+ Drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement through the adoption of proven technologies, industry best practices, and lessons learned, ensuring engineering solutions are practical, maintainable, scalable, and aligned with long-term operational performance.
+ Establish the JES organizational structure, resource strategy, and capacity plans while managing a shared engineering resource pool that maximizes utilization, optimizes internal and external support...
