An exciting opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Masterplanning to join a growing multidisciplinary design team. This role is pivotal in shaping and expanding a regional presence, with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition, and leading large-scale masterplanning projects across the UK.

You will play a key role in growing the Birmingham studio, contributing to its expansion from 14 to 25 people, while strengthening relationships across London, the Midlands, and the North.
