Leon Cycle is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee our Operations in EU and the North America region! We are looking for a strategic thinker, accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds shipping deadlines, inventory forecasts/management, cost control, and quality control and targets overall success of all the operational management systems, processes, best practices, and warehouses within EU and the North America region. They will direct and oversee all inbound/outbound operations as well as quality control and implementing policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness.
