Position Summary: The Director of Operations is a key member of the Hotel Executive Committee and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions at Andaz West Hollywood, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and alignment with Hyatt brand standards.
