Director of OSP Construction (Hyperscale Fiber) Manassas, VA (On-site)

$180K + Bonus + Relocation

Broadstaff is seeking a Director of OSP Construction to lead large-scale, long-haul fiber projects supporting hyperscale data center connectivity (not FTTH/residential work).


This role will own full P&L, manage multi-million-dollar underground construction projects ($400K–$20M+), and serve as a client-facing leader for major infrastructure initiatives, including data center interconnects and long-haul builds.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale OSP construction programs (long-haul, fiber rings, data center connectivity)
