Director of Product – Lending & Deposits (End-to-End Lifecycle)

About the Role

We are building the industry’s first truly integrated, AI-powered lending and deposit platform — spanning commercial lending, CRE, construction, small business, consumer lending, and deposit account opening. The Director of Product – Lending & Deposits will own the product strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery of all origination, servicing, and deposit lifecycle capabilities across Cync’s unified financial services platform.

You will drive a seamless borrower and banker experience from acquisition and onboarding → underwriting → closing → servicing → portfolio monitoring → payoffs/renewals, while also expanding into deposit accounts, payments, cash management , and agentic AI automation .
