Job Responsibilities
Job Description:

+ Create and maintain company quality scorecard reporting to include daily, weekly, monthly production quality, launch, warranty for all business locations.

+ Identify opportunities for improvement, set aggressive quality metrics and quality performance objectives that drive and enhance quality in the company.

+ Ensures the development of quality staff tied to performance and succession planning while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

+ Identifies and mitigate risks and drives corrective action plans to address quality issues.

+ Oversee the analysis and review of supplier performance including reviews of customer complaints, and internal process issues.
