DOR Responsibilities:

The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and administration of the facility’s rehabilitation department. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered therapy services in accordance with federal and state regulations, professional standards, and company policies.
