Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA)

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post‑acute setting
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long‑term wellness

What You’ll Need

• Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP or COTA license in the state of California
