Director of Sales (m/f/d) - Gran Meliá Jumeirah Pre‑Opening

Gran Meliá is opening Gran Meliá Dubai Jumeirah, a luxury seafront hotel with 366 rooms and suites on Jumeirah 1. As we enter the pre‑opening phase, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to shape the hotel’s commercial success from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the pre‑opening phase and ongoing operations, aligned with brand positioning and business objectives in close collaboration with the GM and Head of Marketing.
• Lead all sales and marketing activities across Luxury Leisure, Corporate, MICE, High‑End and Strategic Accounts.
• Build and manage key local, regional, and international luxury accounts.
• Drive pre‑opening commercial action plans, including sales campaigns, market launches, and site inspections.
