Tyto Athene is searching for a **Director of Service Delivery.** This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity professional services across a portfolio of customers. This individual will drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead a high‑performing team executing complex, compliance-driven cloud and security programs. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with U.S. Federal customers, strong knowledge of FedRAMP and RMF, and extensive technical oversight experience across major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
