Job Description:

Operations Leadership

• Lead all Setup & Operations activities across the Philippines, including deployment, construction, maintenance, and operational performance.
• Manage regional operations teams and establish KPIs, quality standards, and operational governance.
• Ensure all operational activities are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with Company standards.
• Optimize operational resources, productivity, and service quality to support nationwide expansion.

Strategic Planning & Budget Management

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage CapEx, OpEx, and operational budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
