Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering side of the Partner Experience organization, including Partner Quoting & Delivery and Partner Reporting & Insights teams
- Own team health, technical strategy, and delivery velocity
- Act as an active champion of AI-native engineering and agentic engineering adoption
- Partner with product leadership to set direction and drive alignment from discovery through delivery
- Own the engineering roadmap and resourcing for both teams
- Establish velocity measurement frameworks that account for AI-augmented output
