AstraZeneca is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director in Oncology Translational Medicine to develop biomarker strategies supporting their ADC/RC portfolio. You will work with various teams on implementing the strategic vision for indication selection and patient stratification.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a PhD or MD, facilitating successful execution of translational science and biomarker strategies across early to late-stage clinical studies.
