Job Title: Director of US Government Business Development & Proposals

Location: Rohini, Delhi (On-site)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST / Approx. 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)

Position Summary

We are seeking a senior, highly strategic US GovCon Business Development & Proposal Lead to establish, manage, and scale our internal Government Contracting division. You will take full ownership of our 2-Year SLED (State, Local, and Education) and Federal expansion roadmap.

This is not just a proposal-writing job. You will be building a compounding Ecosystem Capture Strategy across three distinct sister companies, identifying opportunities, setting up compliance frameworks, managing our upcoming GSA MAS Schedule, and writing winning bids.
