Director of Sales - United States Remote | Premium Food & Consumer Packaged Goods
MacDonald Search Group has been retained by a rapidly growing premium food manufacturer to recruit a Director of Sales - United States.
This newly created role has been established to support continued growth and expansion across the market. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Sales will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing commercial initiatives across a portfolio of key retail, distributor, and foodservice accounts.
This is a highly visible player-coach leadership position that combines strategic sales leadership with direct ownership of major customer relationships. The successful candidate will help shape commercial strategy while personally managing a portfolio of key accounts within either the Eastern or Western United States.
