What we're looking for a senior professional in Workforce Planning and Organization Design. The role is based in the UAE.

This role leads the development and implementation of an integrated Organization Design function encompassing operating model architecture, workforce planning, job family frameworks, organizational effectiveness, and change management.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Over 15 years of relevant experience, including people management
• A track record of translating strategy into effective operating models
• Proven experience leading OD transformations at scale
