Operational Leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for 24/7 data center operations, including facilities, engineering, security, property management, customer onboarding, and service delivery.Ensure high operational standards across all sites, driving reliability, uptime and compliance with internal frameworks and industry best practices.
Performance & Governance
Implement and monitor standardized operating models, ensuring alignment on KPIs related to uptime, financial performance, safety, SLAs, maintenance, and vendor management.Oversee contract reviews, operational risk mitigation, and continuous service improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
