About the Role

As the Head of Airfreight , you will define and execute the country's airfreight strategy while overseeing operational performance, network optimization, pricing strategy, procurement, customer engagement, and team leadership. You'll partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure efficient, profitable, and customer-focused airfreight solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the country's airfreight operations strategy.
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Drive profitability, volume growth, and service expansion.
• Optimize network procurement, carrier management, and capacity planning.
• Oversee operation sites and local purchasing activities.
• Define pricing strategies and support commercial bids and RFQs.
• Partner with Sales on key customer engagements and presentations.
