A&M’s PEPI practice is looking to hire a Director / Senior Associate (m/f/d) in Operations & Supply Chain with a strong focus on Food & Beverage industry .

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the operability, efficiency, and compliance of food production and manufacturing facilities, including hygiene, safety, and regulatory readiness.
• Analyse current and historical operational data to assess productivity, capacity, yield, and performance across production lines, including equipment effectiveness, maintenance strategies, and supply chain flows.
• Gain hands‑on shop floor insights by engaging with plant leadership, operations teams, and customers within food manufacturing environments, supported by deep data‑driven analysis.
