What is the opportunity?The Director, Performance Management, Commercial Credit will be a strategic and analytically rigorous individual leading the planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support for the Commercial Credit business. This leader will serve as a senior trusted advisor to the executive leadership team for Business Credit including the SVP of Commercial Credit, driving financial insights that enable profitable growth, sound credit lending management and thought leadership to influence decision making.Acting as a strategic co-pilot, the role demands deep expertise in commercial lending, credit products, portfolio dynamics as well as the ability to synthesize financial outcomes and insights into actionable strategies.
