**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director Philanthropic Strategy & Major Gifts you will help provide strategic leadership for Barrow Neurological Foundation's (BNF) major gifts program, driving significant philanthropic revenue in support of the clinical, research, and educational priorities of Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI).

Every day this senior fundraising leader will be expected to manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors and prospects, oversees major-gift strategy and pipeline development, and partners closely with the Chief Philanthropy Officer of BNF to secure significant philanthropic support. Additionally you will manage a team of front-line individual major gift officers and other fundraising team members.
