<p>Sales Management (Primary & Secondary) - 70%<br />
- Responsible for primary and secondary Sales Target achievement in assigned countries<br />
- Plan rolling forecast, ensure Distributors sales target commitment as per Budget<br />
- Review distributor performance in billing efficiency, new account opening, maintaining existing<br />
account<br />
- Appointment of Distributors in unrepresented Areas/country, focus being Ethnic Market and<br />
HORECA channel.<br />
- Identifying/developing/nurturing new markets for launch of products, thereby enhancing<br />
profitability and tap profitable business opportunities<br />
- Design and implement business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its<br />
strong presence<br />
