Job Purpose

This role supports the Head, Wealth Business Development & Sales Planning, who oversees the entire Private Banking team. The Individual in this role will lead the Private Banking Sales team to drive sales performance and AUM growth. Acquiring, growing and deepening HNW Personalized Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management while achieving target assigned through coaching and training the sales team members.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and execute HNW Personalized Banking marketing activities and sales tactics to achieve targets set by Management.
• Lead, coach, motivate, train, and facilitate the team to achieve set targets.
• Acquire new HNW customers while retaining the existing HNW customers.
