Director – Product Management, Merchant Solutions

Overview

Mastercard provides comprehensive Merchant Solutions covering payment processing and other value added services for merchants, payment facilitators and acquiring banks. This role will be responsible for product management, closely liaising with the commercialization team for adoption and scaling Merchant Solutions across Eastern European, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA).

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive new product requirements and adoption of existing product features of Merchant Solutions within EEMEA.
• Leverage knowledge of local market and regulation to develop product go-to-market plans and identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert/business owner and champion product enhancements by building compelling business cases and required product development features.
