In this role you will work with the Business Transformation Team providing oversight and ownership of the Business Transformation MOS, enabling standardization of the functional processes. You will also work with Corporate Accelerator team leading the IA Global Design Model implementation and deployment across IA. A successful candidate must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage.

+ Implement and manage IA Transformation MOS to support Growth and Transformation initiatives as well execution of Fixed Cost Power of 1
+ Act as PM for Strategic Growth initiatives across IA
+ On-boarding/training PMs, IA Functional Excellence alignment, NDA processes, metrics/reporting and related activities
