Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
+ Provides clinical supervision of and directs all nursing staff and services across the state of California and within respective residential homes or for other programs, as assigned.
+ Collaborates with the HR department in developing an organized recruitment plan and actively participates in the selection, hiring and orientation of nursing staff.
+ Provides direct supervision to RNs across the region, mentoring, counseling and guiding staff, conducting regular supervisions and managing overall performance and discipline.
+ Monitors RNs to ensure scope of practice is being met and ensures that all nursing staff attend required trainings including, but not limited to: YAI CA Preservice, Emergency Intervention Procedures, New Nursing Orientation, DDS Wo...
