Govern global VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms to ensure business areas identify, prioritize, and act on systemic customer issues.
Provide governance and PMO oversight for global FMEA revitalization, starting with PFMEA, ensuring consistent adoption by operational teams.
Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and local operational teams to track quality risks, supplier development initiatives, and improvement plans.
