Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Marketing and Sales
- Build and optimize a hybrid product-led and sales-supported growth model
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to improve predictability
- Partner with GTM leaders to define targets, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Lead CRM (Salesforce) strategy, governance, and ongoing optimization
- Own and evolve the revenue tech stack and implement AI-driven automation
- Support strategic planning, including annual planning and territory design
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps function as the company scales
