: TEi is seeking a highly experienced Director – Sales & Business Development to join a Dynamic Team at it's Tulsa, OK , Houston, TX or preferably La Palma, CA offices. 

The Director – Sales & Business Development will lead our global business development initiatives with a focus on the United States market. This role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, driving business growth, expanding market presence, securing profitable bookings across Struthers Wells™ line of products and overseeing a network of local sales representatives across the U.S. The Director will oversee all aspects of business development, customer engagement, and proposal strategy, ensuring alignment with TEi’s commercial and margin objectives, working hand-in-hand and in collaboration with the Proposal, Engineering and Global Sourcing teams in securing business.
