**General Summary**:
The Director for TV Distribution will oversee all aspects of operations for SVOD and AVOD and all such new media in the assigned clints/partners.
Field, analyze and resolve contractual and operational client issues.
Review all legal contracts for SVOD, AVOD, and FAST.
Analyze prospective SVOD/AVOD Sales deals and participate in negotiations for the various products Sony Pictures has to offer.
Forecast product flow and schedule for distribution windows SVOD and AVOD.
Liaise with the Sony Pictures divisions in the territory for cross-divisional synergies.
Seek Co-production opportunities.
