The Director Sales – MENA+I is accountable for orders growth, revenue performance, and commercial execution across the Middle East, North Africa, and India region. This leader defines and executes the regional go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on accelerating growth through strategic channel partnerships, while driving funnel rigor, strengthening customer and EPC relationships, and delivering consistent commercial results. This role partners closely with global and cross‑functional leaders to ensure balanced growth across new equipment and aftermarket, improved win rates, and a high‑performing, channel‑enabled sales organization.
