This position reports to the Shareholder and is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of the company sales. The Director will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding company sales target while upholding a commitment to excellence in customer service and mortgage solutions. Additionally, the position involves recruiting and developing the sales team, which includes sourcing potential candidates, organizing interviews, and providing training for new hires.
