• Manage the full scope of a cannabis manufacturing site including grow, lab, post-processing, packaging, and logistics
• Maintain direct accountability for safety, quality, compliance, and productivity
• Own the facility budget and drive continuous improvement
• Lead a multi-level team through high-growth operational complexity

Requirements

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership
• Direct management of 100+ people
• Consumer packaged goods experience
• P&L ownership
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
• Cannabis, horticulture, or lab processing exposure
