The primary objective of the Solution Consulting Director MENA is to manage the Solution Consulting operations and teams to support Workday revenue targets achievement, as well as maintaining a high customer satisfaction level and strong motivation of employees.

As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Solution Consulting Director personally contributes to achieving Workday main missions and objectives, such as deal support, demand management, yearly planning, Solution Consulting enablement, etc.

The Solution Consulting Director personally ensures the One Team objectives, establishing a strong collaboration and partnership attitude from the Solution Consulting team with the Sales organisation as well as other local and EMEA teams.
