• Develop and execute short- and long-term wellness strategies aligned with Rixos and AIC brand standards.
• Innovate wellness programs integrating spa fitness nutrition and mindfulness.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee spa and wellness operations across multiple properties ensuring consistency and quality.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead openings and assist development during the design stage

Financial Management

• Manage global budgets forecasting and P&L for spa and wellness operations.
• Drive revenue through strategic pricing promotions and partnerships.

Brand & Guest Experience

• Act as a global ambassador for wellness representing Rixos and AIC values.
