The Director & Sr. Counsel will lead a variety of compliance matters, partnering with subject matter experts within legal and across departments on a range of topics.


This position is ideal for a compliance attorney who will thrive collaborating across global teams and functions to further build Cadence’s compliance program together.


Main Responsibilities:
+ Drive design, implementation, and maintenance of Cadence’s global compliance program – collaborating with subject matter experts in legal and across departments.
