**ASnapshot of Your Day (position overview)**

The Director of State Government Affairs is responsible for
developing and executing Siemens Energy’s public policy and advocacy strategy
across priority states. This role leads engagement with governors’ offices,
state legislatures, regulatory agencies, and state-based stakeholders to
advance the company’s legislative and regulatory objectives. The ideal
candidate brings deep knowledge of state policy processes, strong political
instincts, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic policy
environment.
