As a Director, Strategy Realization you will execute key strategic initiatives that shape the Company’s organizational processes, capabilities, and operating model.

+ In collaboration with district and business units, consistently drive strategic initiatives forward.
+ Guide high-impact programs with a focus on aligning each initiative with corporate values and objectives.
+ Facilitate decisive actions and proactively address obstacles to ensure that strategic project plans are completed timely and on budget.
+ Apply and maintain frameworks to monitor and measure the business impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring effort translates into meaningful outcomes.
