**Position Summary**

The Director, Supply Chain directs overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors and distribution of finished goods.​

**Position Details**

+ Develops and implements supply chain strategies and process improvements to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
+ ​Negotiates vendor contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing and reliable supplier performance.
+ ​Utilizes data monitoring and analytics to evaluate performance and trends to forecast inventory and distribution requirements.
+ ​Partners with Project Managers, Division Managers, Foremen, and Superintendents to ensure material availability and alignment with project requirements.
+ ​Serves as mentor and provides training and coaching to team members.​​
