The Director, Talent Management leads the design and rollout of company-wide programs that help NCLH grow strong teams and great leaders. This role focuses on building clear, practical strategies for developing talent, supporting career growth, and preparing future leaders. Working closely with People Excellence (PX) partners and senior leaders across all NCLH brands, the Director ensures talent efforts align with company goals and reflect our values. From succession planning to performance and leadership development, this leader helps shape the way we invest in our people at every level.
