About the Position We are seeking a Director – Butler Services to join the resort’s Butler Services team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure seamless, high-touch service for Butler guests from pre-arrival to post-departure.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with discretion, empathy, and precision.
- Uphold privacy, security, and brand standards in all guest interactions.
- Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage daily Butler operations including housekeeping, butler service, amenities, and maintenance coordination.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness and quality.
