Insight Global is looking to bring on a Business Development/Capture Manager to help grow the portfolio of a Federal client of ours. The Director will be responsible for the following:

• Directly responsible for the profit and loss of a contracts as the prime with subcontractors, to include cost, schedule and performance.
• Directly responsible for ensuring contract administration as the prime with subcontractors.
• Directly responsible for managing customer-site contractors and company-site representative for Texas-based company.
• Develop and implement plans and assure the overall success of project field operations
• Responsible for project performance, including identifying and implementing corrective action and ensuring overall contractual compliance and client satisfaction with performance.
