Quality Manager – Sabadell

We are looking for a hands‑on Quality Manager to take ownership of quality performance in a dynamic manufacturing plant. This is a high‑impact role with strong visibility, focused on driving stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Lead and elevate the Quality function within the plant
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements
• Act as a key interface with customers, managing quality issues and escalations
• Identify risks and drive improvements across product, processes, and equipment
• Strengthen core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
• Boost process capability and operational excellence
• Lead change, bringing structure, clarity, and results
