Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Prepare customer quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Facilitate customer samples, artwork and other sales functions to expedite the sales process.
- Schedule and maintain sales activities and appointments in the jointly managed calendar
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Support tender documentation preparation and submission.
- Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and performance tracking.
Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales support, account coordination, or customer service role
- Experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or B2B environments highly regarded
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO) and/or ERP platforms
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential)
