Momentum is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physiotherapist to assess disability claims and determine benefit eligibility. The role requires HCPSA registration, travel to client sites, and the ability to manage claims end-to-end with accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid Code B license, and own vehicle. You will work across internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring service levels are met and risks are managed
