Amazon’s EU Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager focused on furthering Amazon’s culture of inclusivity through tailored hiring programs which support underrepresented talent pools. Meeting program goals will be successfully achieved through influencing internally and engaging externally. As a Program Manager on the team, you will work across Europe to develop and implement project plans which support underrepresented groups of job seekers to access Amazon roles.
