We have permanent roster lines available across our SIL homes in Buderim, offering stable fortnightly contracts, working a variety of shifts including sleepovers (up to 4 sleepovers per Fortnight). To be considered for this role, you will be required to have open availability.

Working within our SIL (Supported Independent Living) home in Buderim, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. No two days will be the same - you may hear that phrase a lot but here at Endeavour Foundation, you will see it in action!
